The ill-fated killing of Northern rice farmers by suspected boko-haram terrorist in Zabarmari, Bornu state has sparked sour feelings across the country.

The massacre in Zarbarmari, Bornu State has renewed calls for president Muhammadu Buhari to resign from office.
A forum of northern elders has humbly requested the president to resign from office, since he has failed to protect the citizens and does not seem in the capacity to do so.
The northern group has described the president reaction to the recent killings as “very insensitive”, implying that the president has no concern for the well being of his people.
The spokesman of the forum, Hakeem Baba-Ahmed has said that the present government sees the lives of its citizens has valueless and the leader seems helpless, it is expected of him to honourably resign.
Meanwhile, members ôf the house of representative has urged president Buhari to rethink his strategy and find means to curb the menace of terrorism in the country.
